Dungan-Tingley Chairworks is an authentic antique reproduction Windsor chair and 18th century reproduction furniture maker. All of our furniture is handmade in our shop in Dunbarton, NH.
Premiere Manufacturer of Chairs, Tables and Other Furniture
Our furniture is built by hand using the same techniques as early American craftsman with great attention to detail. For example, all flat surfaces are hand scraped. The owner personally applies the finish to each piece, and the final result is quality furniture that must be seen to be believed.
Bar Stools
Dungan-Tingley bar stools are sturdy, comfortable and will fit into any traditional New England décor. They are hand made in the style of a bow back chair and are 24 through 30 inches in height.
Coffee Tables
Dungan-Tingley Chair Works also offers reproduction hand-made wood end tables, coffee and hall tables.
Custom Orders
At Dungan-Tingley Chairworks, we want your professional or private residence to have that perfect old New England appeal. Because our furniture is hand made, we welcome orders for custom size tables, chairs and wall units.
Dining Room Table
Stretch base and porringer dining room tables are the same price, Please call for custom changes. All measurements are in inches.
End Tables
The end tables are mini versions of the porringer style dining tables and measure 25 inches long, 18 inches wide and 25 inches high. The standard hall table measures 62 inches long, 19 inches deep and 30 inches high. Both the hall and end tables are built with either a cherry or tiger maple top.

Nightstands
By far our most popular style of night stand is the traditional "one drawer" with tapered legs and a simple wooden knob on the drawer. They are all made from select tiger maple or cherry. Please contact us if you are interested in any variations of this traditional style.Our Furniture Guarantee
Our furniture is made with solid wood and using old, traditional methods. Minor grain variations that are naturally found in wood are not unusual and enhance the beauty of our hand-made reproductions.
Sideboards
A sideboard consists of cabinets, cupboards, and one or more drawers, all topped by a flat display surface used for holding food, serving dishes and even lighting devices. The overall height of the tops of most sideboards is approximately waist level for ease of use.
Tables
Dungan-Tingley Chair Works offers five hand-made styles of reproduction dining tables: porringer, tavern, farm, Shaker and Ohio. They are all made from select tiger maple and cherry. We chose those wood types for their beauty and durability to ensure that you receive a long lasting, quality product that your family or business will enjoy for years to come.
Windsor Chairs
Dungan-Tingley Chair Works offers five of those styles: bowback, sack back, continuous arm, fan back and comb back. Our most popular color is black, however all our chairs are available stained or painted using milk paint colors.
